Large ornamental pendants were worn around the neck or as a broach on their robes and garments, head pieces were very popular and gold dragonflies and beetles were used to clip onto the long locks of the pretty maidens and bands of god headdresses were worn by men in high society ornately adorned with flowers, acorns, foliage or images.


The laurel headdress represented Apollo and was worn as a crown of honor. The large index finger ring is still a symbol of the Grecian style with an elongated large garnet or gemstone was very popular among the people. The rings containing the amethyst gem was especially sought after by people in authoritive positions as the amethyst was a symbol of the spirit of God.
