Art deco designers were famous for their imagination and thoughts which they brought forward in their jewelry designs. Art deco jewelry is therefore not considered to be the jewelry with different synthesis styles. Instead it is known as the jewelry of thoughts which moved on from one artist to another. That is the reason no artist was individually known for one piece of design at initial level of the jewelry emergence. This thoughtful item presented to be a classy design, and more often consisted of thoughts of nature and organic materials.
The jewelry designers used crafts in their designs. These crafts were composed of flowers and leaves and birds sometimes, presenting a soothing effect to the eyes. The precious stones were used by the jewelry designers in the crafting of the natural objects. These stones included rubies, emeralds, sapphires, black onyx, red coral and more. They were cascaded
down the jewelry in a delicate manner which caused a sweet impression for the jewelry lovers.
Diamonds were also used in the jewelry, especially when titanium rings were being made. They also had a light and charming effect for the people to put on the jewelry.

The basic idea which art deco jewelry designers had initially was to eradicate the heavy ornamentation and expensive metal works in the common jewelry. This took them to the elegant method of jewelry making that was composed of geometry. By geometry they meant the straight lines and proper angles. They ideally ensured that there should be no curved angles and symmetry was to be properly implemented upon.
